Job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced 5G Security Auditor/Pen tester with extensive experience auditing and testing 5G/Telco Cloud infrastructure for both public operators and private 5G networks. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the 5G/Cloud domain, including frameworks such as ISO 27001, GSMA, 3GPP, O-RAN, ENISA and SecNumCloud. Proficiency in Kubernetes security standards, including OWASP, MITRE, and CIS, is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop security test plans for 5G network and cloud deployments, including functional and assurance test cases.
Establish security requirements and controls for auditing 5G network and cloud deployments.
Conduct audits and penetration testing of 5G network and cloud deployments for 5G vendors, operators, and enterprises deploying private 5G networks. Develop effective mitigation strategies based on findings.
Ensure compliance with standards such as 3GPP SCASes, GSMA NESAS, and the ENISA 5G controls matrix in clients’ 5G network and cloud deployments.
Lead training and awareness programs for staff, focusing on best practices in 5G and cloud security.
Perform risk assessments and contribute to the development of security standards and specifications related to 5G and cloud technologies.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in 5G and cloud security: audit, penetration testing
Strong background in security risk assessment
Strong knowledge of the common and state-of-the-art security standards, specifications, and evaluation schemes for 5G network and cloud deployments, such as 3GPP, GSMA, O-RAN, ENISA, Kubernetes and CIS.
Certification required: PASSI, ISO 27001, or equivalent
Desirable certifications: CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent, Kubernetes and cloud certificates.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong skills in oral and written communication in English
Collaboration abilities with experts
Education
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a 5G and cloud security environment.
Experience with specific tools or technologies in this domain is highly valued.
